Any excuse for a drink…
Purely in the name of research, it’s time to head for the Palm Sugar Cocktail Bar, Liverpool.
That’s where you’ll find stage one of Appethai – the complete lifestyle concept we’re developing for the Chaophraya Restaurant Group.
It’s a digital cocktail menu which is either browsed on bar-mounted ipads or brought to your table by one of the Palm Sugar team. And, it’s proving to be a real hit with thirsty scousers.
Louise Hitch, the Marketing Manager of Chaophraya told us “customers have really taken to it, it fits our modern, high-end brand image and it’s great fun to use again and again…even when you’ve enjoyed more than one of our cocktails.”
