Because Opening Doors have come up with a brand new way to showcase the tantalizing mojitos and mint juleps which Louise Hitch, the Marketing Manager of Chaophraya says “customers have really taken to, it fits our modern, high-end brand image and it’s great fun to use again and again.”
It’s a digital cocktail menu that lets the in-crowd of Liverpool browse the Flaming Zombies and Thai Me Kangaroo Downs on bar-mounted ipads. Or, it’s brought to your table by one of the Palm Sugar team. Just scroll…then order. And it’s not just tech-for-tech’s sake. Palm Sugar can also build up a relationship with their guests through data capture areas and competitions built in to the App.
In fact, the cocktail menu App is just stage one of a complete lifestyle concept that is being developed for the whole of the Chaophraya Restaurant Group.
In the future, Appethai will expand to include everything from recipes to travel articles focusing on the Far East. Watch this space…
