The group as a whole has three brands: Chaophraya is the taste of a Royal Thai feast, Chaobaby replicates the authentic hustle and bustle of a Bangkok street market and Palm Sugar is a complete one-off concept bar that mixes Thai ‘tapas’ with a New York cocktail bar twist – where mirrored walls shimmer with thousands of Swarovski crystals.
